There's some groups that release movies as 1080p WebDL at like 1.5-2Mbps and on a 50+ inch TV it doesn't look good. The blacks are washed, you can sometimes see the blocks on the image. But they are convienet because they come around 3-4Gb per release. A good quality 720p is typically 5-7Gb and a 1080p release is 10+Gb.
